Eligible American Express Cardmembers have the option to purchase one of three 12-month Somm™ subscription memberships at discounted prices as follows:
(a) Somm Cru Membership: Receive the Somm Cru subscription membership at a discounted price of $0.00 CAD per year, for a period of 12 consecutive months from the date of subscription purchase.

Somm Membership Fees
The current Somm Cru subscription membership fee is $85 CAD per year, plus applicable taxes. The current Somm Grand Cru subscription membership fee is $130.00 CAD per month or $130.00 CAD every 3 months (as applicable), plus applicable taxes. The current Somm Grand Cru Zero subscription membership fee is $130.00 CAD per month or $130.00 CAD every 3 months (as applicable), plus applicable taxes. Somm™ may change its subscription fees at any time. At the renewal of your discounted 12-month subscription, your American Express Card will be charged the then current regular subscription fee and at all subsequent renewals.
Auto-Renewal
At the end of your 12-month discounted term, your membership will automatically renew at the then current regular membership fee. Before each renewal and at least 14 days before the end of your current 12-month discounted membership, you will receive an email notification from Somm™. If you do not want to renew, you must cancel your Somm™ subscription membership no later than 24 hours before the end of your subscription period. This excludes residents of Quebec. If you are a resident of Quebec, at the end of your 12-month discounted term, your membership will be terminated and cancelled. At least 14 days before the end of your current discounted membership, you will receive an email notification from Somm™ notifying you of the membership cancellation. If you want to renew, you will be required to re-enroll in the Somm™ subscription membership at the regular membership fee.
Cancellation
You may cancel the membership subscription for the Somm Cru, Grand Cru,or Grand Cru Zero at any time prior to the end of your 12-month discounted membership term. To cancel, you can navigate to Somm™ in-app membership settings and follow the instructions to cancel. More information can be found at https://www.somm.io/faqs.
If your Card Account is cancelled or your Card is replaced during the 12-month discounted membership term, your participation will end and you must re-enroll with your new Card within the Somm™ mobile application.
Privacy
We will process your personal information and as always, strictly in accordance with the American Express Online Privacy Statement. Somm™ will process your personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

The registered Card account must be in good standing. Must first register your Card to the offer and use the same Card to make qualifying purchase(s) by 28/09/2023. Date format is DD/MM/YYYY. A purchase made during the offer period prior to registration of your eligible Card in this program is not a qualifying purchase. To be eligible for a $6 (CAD) statement credit, a qualifying purchase for a monthly Disney+ subscription made online at www.disneyplus.com of at least $11.99 (CAD) in a single transaction, after taxes and applicable fees, must be charged to your registered Card during the offer period and subsequently posted to your account. In the case of a purchase made during the offer period, it may not qualify if the registered Card is charged by the merchant on a different date (for example, on the delivery date), and that date occurs after the offer ends. You can earn a maximum of twelve (12) statement credit/s to a maximum of $72 (CAD) in statement credits per registered Card during the offer period based on twelve (12) separate qualifying purchases.
Purchases must be made directly with Disney+ on www.disneyplus.com. Purchases made through mobile apps, third party providers or platforms and transactions made with third party payment processors are excluded and are not qualifying purchases. Transactions must be made in CAD dollars to be eligible. Disney+ subscriptions are subject to the Disney+ Subscriber Agreement (available at https://www.disneyplus.com/legal/subscriber-agreement). You must be at least 18 years of age, or age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, to subscribe to Disney+. Statement credit will be applied to your registered Card account within 90 days after 29/09/2023, provided that American Express receives information from the merchant about your qualifying purchase(s). American Express may not receive information about your qualifying purchase from the merchant until all items from your qualifying purchase have been provided by the merchant. Statement credit may be reversed if qualifying purchase(s) is cancelled and refunded. If American Express does not receive information that identifies your transaction as qualifying for the offer, you will not receive the statement credit. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the offer, the following transactions are not qualifying purchases for this offer: purchasing a merchant’s goods through a third party, such as through payment account or service of a third party, a card reader attached to a mobile phone, online aggregators that sell goods of other merchants or if the merchant category is otherwise not identified. A statement credit does not constitute a payment and does not satisfy the requirement to pay the minimum due on a credit card. The Basic/Primary Cardmember must continue to make separate payments of at least the minimum due in accordance with the Cardmember agreement and account statement applicable to their registered Card account.
In the event that you replace your registered Card through Amex Bank of Canada or other participating American Express card issuer (as applicable) during the offer period, your participation in this offer will end and you will need to re-register for this offer.
American Express reserves the right to vary any eligibility criteria or the Terms prior to you registering for the offer. If you have not yet registered your Card for the offer and you have multiple American Express cards, your eligibility may change so that the offer only applies to the card that has the higher spend.
