Rooms are spacious and clean. Love the bathtub! All the room are facing the beach front so it's very refreshing just to hear the sound of the waves. Good entertainment at night. Service is fast and warm staffs. It takes time to travel from the airport to the hotel but it's worth it once you arrive. Over all, I love it!

The stay at the hotel was fantastic. I couldn't imagine a better holiday.Delicious food available in four themed restaurants (I especially recommend the Veda restaurant), cleanliness in the rooms and outside very good, free water attractions, evenings with music and other attractions every day. Very nice staff that tries to fulfill every wish of the guests.Unusual vegetation, great landscaping, clean swimming pools. The night lighting of the hotel is very charming.The room I got exceeded my expectations - it was spacious, well equipped and carefully cleaned.I would especially like to thank Ishrat - Front office manager for the warm welcome, all the amenities and cordiality. It is a pleasure to contact him!I highly recommend this hotel if you expect great service, nice rest and relaxation.

Mixed review for IC Mauritius where I stayed for a week on holiday. The property itself is quite nice and spread out, the location is a bit remote; you will struggle without your own car.Food: Average to not good. Maybe an individual taste but overall it was not wow. Avoid lunch buffets at the all day diner it is not worth itService: courteous, friendly but slow. The fact that the place was operating at near 100% capacity did not help. Room service was rather slow with average response time around 30+ minViews / facilities: amazing views of sunsets, multiple pool options plus outdoor activities and live music shows in the night. Can't complain in this regard. Rooms need to be refurbished.Overall: it was good, I did enjoy it but expected the food to be better and service to be a bit quicker given that the cost is 5 star

Flawless Complex

Lovely views and a great location, but the food is poor, with not much taste, and it's too expensive for what it is. A buffet dinner costs more than £45 per head with no seafood and not much variety. The menu is repeated every day. Just don't expect to see a prawn or any shellfish at the buffet. I've never been to a hotel without seafood on the buffet menu. Other than that, the cleaning standard is really poor, bathroom still smells after they service the room. The bathroom is also quite worn out; I can see the silicon sealing coming off when I shower, which is very off putting. The staff are very friendly tho, which we appreciate. The entertainment isn't great either. Overall not worth the price even tho the view is excellent, it was an ok stay but not impressed as we have stayed in better resorts with better service and food. A bit disappointed.

Very good and safe stay. You can enjoy in your hotel itself. There were water sports including kayaking, snorkaling, under water view, water surfing etc. staff was also very humble. Only things they can work out is on their check in time . It was 3 pm which was comparatively very late as air Mauritius arrive early in the morning and we reached hotel at 9,30 am so we had to wait till 3 pm for our room.
